"Us" meaning Sybaphonik.
"We" meaning we Sybaphonik.
"Sybaphonik" meaning the company you are buying goods from.
"Goods" / "Items" meaning vinyl records.
When first placing an order you will need to fill out a form.
This provides us with your mailing address and contact details.
You will then be sent a username and password to your email address.
Keep these safe, as you will need them to log onto the site to place future orders. This helps to speed up the checkout process for future visits to the site.
If you wish to have an order sent to a different address to the one you gave for a previous order, you can change the address during the checkout process on either the "delivery information" or "order confirmation" pages.
To add an item to your shopping basket click on the "buy now" button.
To remove an item from your shopping basket click in the checkbox on the left hand side so a tick appears and then click on update.
To check the contents of your shopping basket click where it says either "cart" or "cart contents".
Due to the nature of our shopping cart, on occassion there may be items left over from a previous visit. These items might not be available or you may not want them anymore. If this is the case, make sure you empty your cart before you add items for a new order.

You will need realplayer installed on your computer to listen to the soundclips.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.
However you do have 7 days from placing the order to cancel your contract with us. You must then return the goods to us at your own cost (non refundable) , in the same condition as you received them.
If you decide that you no longer want to keep any items, consumer rights allows you up to 28 days to return them. Although we recommend you return the item/s asap as this helps speed up the refund process.
Again you must return any item/s at your own cost (non refundable).
When you are returning goods you must use the "signed for" method.
Please make sure you obtain a "proof of postage" receipt (see shipping info page) from the post office you are using to return the goods.
Any item/s returned must be in the same condition as you received them.

Refund Policy:
You have up to 28 days from placing your order to be refunded.
No refund will be made until goods are returned and received by sybaphonik in the same condition as they were first sent by us.
If any of the returned goods are in such a condition where they are unplayable or we are unable to resell them you will not be refunded.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost (non refundable) using the "signed for" method. Again please make sure you obtain a "proof of postage" receipt.
When we have received the goods back from you, we will deposit the appropiate funds back into your bank account.
After the refund process is completed an email is generated by worldpay and sent to you to confirm the refund has taken place.
